· Commercial Leasing
Experienced lease negotiator with over 125 leases executed in a five year period. Expert in negotiating both business and legal issues in order to maximize income and minimize liability. Successfully leased up new shopping center at Universal Studios six months prior to grand opening. Negotiated with over 50 different major and national tenants.
· Management & Development
Hands on operational management of over a 1,500,000 square foot industrial portfolio with over 130 tenants for three years including the 10 acre Los Angeles Produce Market. Coordinated the sale of $25,000,000 portfolio of industrial property. Responsible for implementing a $1,200,000 environmental remediation program, in order to reposition and dispose of the Glendale Gateway Industrial Center. Team member of the development of the Alameda Industrial Center: a Ten acre for sale condominium project. Executive management team member for Universal Studios’ CityWalk retail shopping center development mitigating construction defect issues and resolving base building development issues.
