Jeffrey V. Hernandez earned his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1991. Jeffrey then earned a master's degree in Real Estate form U.S.C. in 1995. Jeffrey has practice exclusively real estate and Bankruptcy law since he joined the California Bar in 1995. Mr. Hernandez has worked for a large real estate development company, a national law firm, as in house counsel for a Fortune 200 company, and in house real estate counsel for Universal Studios. Mr. Hernandez is active in a number of professional organizations including the American Bankruptcy Institute, Real Estate Section of the California Bar, ULI, ICSC. Jeffrey is a California real estate broker and has been licensed since 1983. Jeffrey was also licensed in Nevada and had had real estate experience in several other states. He is fluent in Spanish.

Nadith "Nanis" Rubio is certified as a Paralegal with an emphasis in Bankruptcy. Nanis is the firm's Office Administrator and she is bilingual in Spanish.
Vidal Hernandez has been a Real Estate Broker for over 40 years and has been serving the San Gabriel Valley community. Vidal specializes in FHA, Short Sales and Foreclosures. He is a member of Arcadia Board of Realtors, MLS, and CAR. VIdal is bilingual in Spanish.
Anyssa Rubio has a degree from UCLA and is currently in law school. She has had experience working in both real estate and bankruptcy cases. Anyssa is the firms Senior Paralegal. She is also a active in a number of professional organizations including CAALA, Institute of Real Estate Management and ISCS where Anyssa is a CPM candidate as well. She is bilingual in Spanish.
Jennifer "Jenny" Zarate is currently the firm's paralegal for our Bakersfield office. She is certified as a Professional Child Visitation Monitor and is a Public Notary. Jenny has worked as a paralegal for many years and has experience in Family law and bankruptcy. She is bilingual in Spanish.
